Terms of Sale and Use

The agreement between you and Dewiride Technologies Private Limited when you use this store or buy from it.

Last updated October 25, 2026

1. Who you are buying from

Dewiride Store is operated by Dewiride Technologies Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India, whose registered office is at C/o Jagdish Kumawat, Village Tena, Tehsil Shergarh, Jodhpur – 342028, Rajasthan, India. We are the seller and the merchant of record for every purchase made here.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company, and "you" means the person or organisation using this store. Our full business and contact details are on the Legal and business details page.

2. Your agreement to these Terms

By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the store.

The Source Code Licence, the Refund, Cancellation and Dispute Policy, the Delivery and Fulfilment Policy and the Privacy Policy each form part of these Terms. Where a product page states additional terms for that product, those terms apply in addition to these, not instead of them.

3. Who may buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into a contract. If you are buying on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to commit that organisation to these Terms.

4. What we sell

We sell downloadable digital products: complete source code for working software projects, together with the setup instructions and supporting files described on each product page. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical goods.

Each product page states what that product contains, the runtimes and versions it was built and tested against, and any third-party account, service or paid subscription you will need in order to run it. Read that page before buying: it is the description you are agreeing to.

We also sell an annual updates membership. Rather than covering one project, it covers the releases we publish across every project for a set period of twelve months. Section 14 sets out how a period works and what it includes.

5. Your account

Buying creates an account so that your purchases, your invoices and your downloads stay available to you. You agree to give accurate details, to keep your sign-in credentials to yourself, and to tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.

You are responsible for everything done through your account. Sharing your account or your download links with anyone outside your organisation is a breach of the Source Code Licence.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this store or anything bought from it to:

  • break any law that applies to you or to us
  • infringe anyone’s intellectual property rights
  • build, distribute or operate malicious software
  • gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or anybody else’s
  • interfere with the operation of the store, or with another customer’s use of it

7. What you may do with the code

Buying a product does not transfer ownership of it. It grants you a licence to use the code, set out in full in the Source Code Licence. In short: you may use and change the files in your own projects, commercial or not, and deploy the result for your own customers. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the files themselves.

8. Prices, currency and tax

Prices are shown on each product page. We charge in Indian rupees and in United States dollars. Before you confirm a payment you are shown the total in a single figure, broken down into the price, every charge that applies and the tax, so that nothing is added afterwards.

Customers in India are charged Goods and Services Tax at the applicable rate. Sales to customers outside India are treated as an export of services and are zero-rated for Indian GST; you remain responsible for any tax, duty or withholding that your own country imposes. A tax invoice is issued for every order. If you need your GSTIN on the invoice, enter it at checkout or write to us before we issue it.

The amount charged is always calculated by us at the time of the order. A price shown in your browser is a display of our price, never the basis of the charge.

9. Payment

Payments are handled by our payment providers, Stripe and Razorpay. Your full card number, expiry date and security code are entered directly into the provider’s own secure fields and never reach our systems. We keep only the transaction reference, the amount, the currency, the status and the last four digits and brand of the card, so that we can issue receipts, answer questions and handle refunds. If you ask us to renew a membership automatically, we also keep the reference the payment provider gives us for that card, so that it can be charged again. We never hold the card number itself, and the reference is of no use to anybody else.

The charge appears on your statement as DEWIRIDE.

Access to a product is granted only once the payment provider has confirmed the payment to us. Returning to the store after paying does not by itself grant access, and closing the browser before returning does not withhold it.

10. Delivery

Everything we sell is delivered digitally and immediately. The full terms, including what happens if a delivery fails, are in the Delivery and Fulfilment Policy.

11. Cancelling an order, and the right of withdrawal

An order can be cancelled at any time before you have been given access to the files. Once you have access, cancellation is no longer possible, because the product has been delivered in full and cannot be returned.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because digital content is delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins — but only if you have asked us to begin immediately and have acknowledged that you are giving up the right by doing so. We ask for both at checkout, record your answers on the order, and repeat them in your order confirmation. If you do not give both, your fourteen-day right is unaffected. Where a period is charged automatically there is no checkout at which to ask you again, so the answers you gave when you first paid are the ones that stand, and we keep the order they were given on.

Nothing here limits any right that the law of your own country gives you and does not allow you to give up.

12. Refunds

We refund a download in full within seven days if it fails to download, arrives corrupt or incomplete, differs materially from its description, or does not run as documented and we cannot put it right. Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts and unauthorised transactions are refunded in full at any time. The complete terms, including how to ask and how long it takes, are in the Refund, Cancellation and Dispute Policy.

A membership period follows a rule of its own: it is refundable in full while nothing it covers has been downloaded. Section 14 and the Refund, Cancellation and Dispute Policy set out that rule and what a refund does to the releases a period carried.

13. Updates to a product you have bought

When we publish a new release of a product you own, that release appears in your library at no extra cost. This applies to the product you bought, for as long as we continue to publish it.

We do not promise a schedule, a particular number of releases, or that any product will be maintained indefinitely. If we stop publishing a product, everything already in your library stays yours to download and use under the Source Code Licence.

That is the promise attached to buying a project. A membership is a different one: it covers the releases of every project while its period runs, and stops covering new ones when the period ends. Section 14 explains it.

14. The annual updates membership

As well as selling each project on its own, we sell an annual updates membership. One payment buys a period of twelve months, and every release we publish during that period — of every project in the store — appears in your library at no further cost. A period simply ends unless another is bought, and nothing is charged automatically unless you ask us to.

A period begins on the day your payment is confirmed to us and runs for twelve months. If you already hold a period that has been paid for and not refunded, the next one begins on the day that period ends, so buying early never costs you days you have already paid for. The membership page states the price, the length of a period and these terms before you pay.

Every release published during a period you paid for is yours permanently. It stays in your library and stays downloadable long after the period has ended, under the Source Code Licence. When a period ends, nothing is taken away and nothing stops working: the only thing that stops is the arrival of releases published after that day.

If you ask us to when you pay, we keep the card you paid with and charge it again for the next period. That is your instruction to us, given once and recorded against the purchase you gave it on, and it is the only thing that authorises any later charge. We offer it only where we can carry it out, which today means a payment that is not in Indian rupees.

  • What we charge: the price of one period as it stands on the day, with the tax that applies where you are — and never more than the figure we have already told you.
  • When we charge it: seven days before your current period ends, once a year.
  • What we tell you first: fourteen days before your period ends we email you the exact amount, the day we will take it, and the last four digits of the card.
  • How you stop it: in one step from your library, at any time, whether or not the card still works. Stopping it never shortens a period you have already paid for.
  • If we cannot take it: where the price has risen above the figure we told you, or the card is refused, we stop renewing rather than charge you, and we tell you while your current period still has days left.

A membership carries releases rather than products, so it does not include:

  • releases published before your period began, or after it ended
  • later releases of a project once your period has ended — those are included only for a project you have bought on its own
  • any promise of a schedule, of a particular number of releases, or that a particular project will be published or updated while your period runs

We refund a period in full while nothing it covers has been downloaded; once something has been, the ordinary rule for delivered files applies. The Refund, Cancellation and Dispute Policy sets out both, and what a refund does to the releases a period carried. Where the fourteen-day right of withdrawal described in section 11 applies to you, delivery of a membership begins when its period begins. If we end a period without refunding it, the months it covered still count as paid for, so a period you buy later begins where that one would have ended. A period we charged automatically is a fresh purchase and carries the same refund rule, counted from the day of that charge.

We may stop selling the membership at any time. If we do, every period already paid for still stands for the whole of its twelve months, and everything it covered stays in your library afterwards.

15. Third-party software and services

Our products build on open-source libraries, cloud platforms and paid third-party services. Those remain governed by their own licences and terms, and any account, subscription or usage cost they carry is yours to arrange and to pay. Each product page names the ones it needs.

16. Availability of the store

We work to keep the store and your library available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, or permanently withdraw a product from sale. Withdrawing a product from sale never removes it from the library of a customer who has already bought it.

17. Our own material

The store itself — its text, design, logos and images — belongs to us or to our licensors. Buying a product does not give you any right to use those, beyond what is needed to use the product you bought.

18. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or the Source Code Licence, if a payment is reversed, or if we are required to by law. Where the breach can be put right, we will tell you what is wrong and give you a reasonable opportunity to fix it before we act, unless the law or the seriousness of the breach prevents that.

If we close your account for any reason other than your breach, we refund anything you have paid for and not yet received.

19. What we do and do not promise

We promise that each product matches the description on its page and runs as its documentation says on the runtimes and versions named there. Apart from that promise, the products are provided as they are. We do not promise that any product is fit for a particular purpose of yours, that it is free of defects, or that it will keep working unchanged as the platforms it depends on evolve.

Source code is a starting point for your own work. Reviewing it, testing it and securing it in your own environment before you rely on it is your responsibility.

20. Our liability to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including fraud, and including death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

21. Sanctions and export restrictions

We do not sell to, and you may not access our products from, any country, region or person subject to sanctions or export-control restrictions that apply to us, including those administered by India, the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union. You confirm that you are not on a restricted-party list and that you will not make our software available in breach of those restrictions.

22. Your personal information

How we handle your personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy, and the storage this site uses in your browser is described in the Cookie Policy.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. The version published at the moment you place an order is the version that governs that order, and a later change never applies backwards to a purchase you have already made.

24. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of India. The courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where the law of your own country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

Please contact us before starting a dispute. Almost every problem is settled faster directly, and the Refund, Cancellation and Dispute Policy sets out how to raise a billing dispute and how to escalate it to our grievance officer.

25. Language

These Terms are published in several languages for your convenience. If a translation and the English version differ in meaning, the English version governs.

26. How to reach us

Questions about these Terms are answered within one business day. Our full contact details, including postal address and grievance officer, are on the Legal and business details page and the Contact page.
