Delivery and Fulfilment Policy

Dewiride Store sells downloadable source code only. Nothing we sell is a physical item, so there are no shipping charges, no couriers, no customs formalities, no tracking numbers and no delivery address to give us.

As soon as your payment is confirmed to us by the payment provider, the product appears in your library on this site and a confirmation email is sent to the address on the order. You download it from your library, whenever you like, as often as you reasonably need.

Every download link is generated at the moment you ask for it, is valid for a few minutes and is tied to your account. That is why we do not email the files themselves: a link in your library is always current, whereas an attachment in an old email is not.

An annual updates membership is delivered the same way. Its period begins as soon as your payment is confirmed, and each release published while the period runs appears in your library as we publish it.

If it is slower

A payment method that needs an extra confirmation step, such as bank transfer or some UPI flows, can take a few minutes longer.

If it has not arrived

If your payment succeeded but the product has not appeared within 30 minutes, write to us. We will either deliver it to you by hand or refund you in full.

Worldwide. There is no country we exclude, other than where sanctions or export-control law requires it, as section 21 of the Terms of Sale and Use explains. Because nothing crosses a border physically, there is no import duty, no customs declaration and no international delivery charge.

• the runtimes and tools named on the product page, at the versions named there
• any third-party account or paid service the product page says the project needs

Each product page lists these before you buy, so you can check them against your own machine first.

Your library is permanent. A product you have bought stays there, and every later release of it is added at no extra cost, for as long as we publish it. Access ends only if the purchase is refunded or reversed, or if we close your account for a breach of the Terms of Sale and Use.

A release that reached you through an annual updates membership stays in your library in the same way, long after the period that carried it has ended. What ends with the period is only the arrival of releases published after it.

Any failed or delayed delivery is either put right or refunded in full — see the Refund, Cancellation and Dispute Policy. Write to us and we will reply within one business day.
